TSER provides a collaborative fellowship program providing young transgender people the opportunity to work toward liberation through collective organizing for solidarity, advocacy, and empowerment.

TSER writes model policies, primarily for colleges and universities, on transgender students. These policies are implemented by TSER volunteers and staff at schools across the nation.
